These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by LolaDrawsWeddings. By booking, making payment, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

LolaDrawsWeddings provides custom wedding illustrations and related design services. All artwork is created based on client-provided information, references, and agreed briefs.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and commence work.

  • Full payment must be completed by the agreed deadline and before final delivery.

  • Prices are communicated upfront and confirmed via invoice or proforma invoice.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All deposits are non‑refundable.

  • Completed custom artwork is non‑refundable.

  • Client‑initiated cancellations after work has started are not eligible for refunds.

  • If LolaDrawsWeddings is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4. Revisions

  • Each package includes a limited number of revisions, as agreed at booking.

  • Revisions must be requested within the stated timeframe.

  • Additional revisions may attract extra charges.

  • Requests that significantly alter the original brief may be treated as a new order.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information, including reference photos

  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approval

  • Review artwork carefully during the revision stage

Delays caused by late responses or incomplete information may affect delivery timelines.

6. Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround times are estimates and depend on workload and client responsiveness.

  • Rush orders may be accepted at an additional fee.

  • LolaDrawsWeddings is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • LolaDrawsWeddings retains full copyright ownership of all artwork created.

  • Clients receive a personal, non‑commercial license to use the artwork.

  • Artwork may not be resold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

  • LolaDrawsWeddings reserves the right to display completed artwork for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Digital Files & Printing

  • Final artwork is delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

  • LolaDrawsWeddings is not responsible for printing quality or errors from third‑party printers.

  • Once digital files are delivered, the order is considered complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

LolaDrawsWeddings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.

10. Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for service delivery and communication.

11. Changes to Terms

LolaDrawsWeddings reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will apply to future bookings only.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws.
