Thank you for choosing LolaDrawsWeddings. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Custom Artwork & Services

All LolaDrawsWeddings products and services are custom-made and created specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of wedding illustrations:

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Completed custom artwork is non-refundable and non-returnable.​

2. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and start the design process.

  • The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed deadline before final delivery.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in delays or cancellation without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations

  • Client-initiated cancellations:

    • If you cancel before work begins, only payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded.

    • If you cancel after work has started, no refunds will be issued.

  • LolaDrawsWeddings-initiated cancellations:

    • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.​

4. Revisions

  • Each package includes a set number of revisions, as outlined at the time of booking.

  • Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra fees.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to stylistic preferences once the artwork aligns with the agreed brief and reference materials.​

5. Turnaround Time Delays

  • Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by late client responses, incomplete information, or changes to the original brief.

  • If a significant delay occurs due to LolaDrawsWeddings, we will communicate promptly and offer a suitable resolution.​

6. Digital Files & Printing

  • Once digital files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • LolaDrawsWeddings is not responsible for printing errors caused by third-party printers.
